The Elite Team has provided help with technical enhancements, feature development and maintenance of our in house medical software since 2006. They worked on full life-cycle software development for both web based applications as well as our non-web applications and services.  They also helped to develop and deploy change management initiatives for technical implementation including productivity software, systems, inventory, technical application and hardware release.  Elite continues to provide support on our software services in the main data center.

The Elite Team was responsible for programing VoIP, IP Telephony, IP PBX systems, also Analysis, design and Programming of statistical collection software, Fixed Asset Accounting, and monitoring software using C++ and Microsoft .NET.  The company was also responsible for ensuring that computer and servers are in good working order with the latest Microsoft security and continue to provide maintenance support.

 

 

Large City Park District

Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade

The Elite Team was responsible for successfully upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite from 11i to R12 for one of the largest park districts in the US. In addition to the major release upgrade, they also migrated the Database and Application from Windows to Linux, migrated custom objects and implemented RAC One Node, Active Data Guard and Apps Tier Load Balancing.  The complex undertaking was completed on-time and on-budget.  Modules that were upgraded include General Ledger, Payables, Payroll, Time and Labor, Human Resources, Fixed Assets and Procurement.
